Or $200 on my alt DJINN B4lock which I don't use very much gets me to rank 8 as well strike that, Rank 9..

I know you have to spend over $1000 in aur in order to get to rank 12, and it's only exponential past that. I think my guess was something like $2000, $5000, and $10k for ranks 13, 14, and 15 after looking at how much it was from 8-9 compared to 9-10
I know plenty of people that are rank 10 or 11. But I have yet to hear of anyone I know personally at rank 13, though it is completely possible... and I don't think anyone has made it to 14 or 15.
Could we get something akin to kickstarter rewards for that? Say a name on platinum supporter credits or Rattati sings you a song?

It may be due to AUR being shared between 3 profiles on one account. If it was based on bought AUR, the system may raise the loyalty of all profiles on an account. In the light of CCP's desire to curtail alt farming with a baseline loyalty rank requirement, allowing a playing to easily activate rank 4 on all profiles could aid in easier farming of those profiles.
