Arkena for Gallente...I know the Caldari one because I played with them a ton in the past, just can't think of their name atm.

AddictPunk is a legend for tankers, but damn I can't remember which faction he was.

I'd say Sgt Kirk, personally.
Arkena may be a good performer, but he isn't a die-hard believer in the Gallente philosophy like Kirk.

I nominate the whole PIE/PCLAS organization for amarr and some of their close affiliates. iirc Ceej Mantis has standing 9 amarr & gallente? He may run galscout but he was incredibly useful in a lot of their actions to the point of being an 'unofficial' PCLAS member.

He is an unofficial member at this point. Plus with a 52m radius Ceej can do whatever the hell he wants.
