Either Ripley is right or someone higher up in your corp like a Director or an Accountant stole all your isk. This sh*t happens a lot in EVE and in Dust. And if that's the case:

Well you sir don't know what you are on about. The Master Wallet is the Corp wallet and can be taken by members of your corp on the EVE side
Your Mercenary Wallet in the corp is accessible by accountants and directors on the dust side of the corp.
Then you have your personal wallet. Which can be taken from you if your wide decides to go on your account and give herself the money.

Well someone must of done something. Maybe your director/wife let someone in EVE side, which you can do. Or maybe you trusted the wrong people.
ISK doesn't just get removed bro, someone ripped you off.

You are correct. However it can also mean to kill another player in a surprise attack. Or an assassination in game.
For example:
I just got ganked in high sec while mining in my Mackinaw.
