I wasted two weeks on Murphy's Law trying to rebuild it, only for the other directors to bail and pad their wallets.

And when you find out what other corpmates and directors were doing with the effort and ISK you invested, it's arduous to stick around for that.

Calm down ****. Money kept missing from the wallet every time I logged on.
I tried getting people back in and put a ton of ISK into it. You weren't even on for most of the PCs dude, don't act like you knew what went on.
I even said **** on our FB page, if you don't remember.
As for Sumar paying back people: I did that. Especially that embarassing loss we had, I paid for the vehicles and those who went 8+ deaths. Please do me a favor and don't stick your nose where it doesn't belong; you're a cool kid, but you simply weren't there dude.

Please do me a favor and don't stick your nose where it doesn't belong; you're a cool kid, but you simply weren't there dude. The problem was way to many people received the title leadership for simply being around. People believe it's easy. It's not. Requires mass amounts of effort. Second mistake was giving people isk without them earning it. Pre paying people was a horrible idea that lead to people not needing to fight in the pcs to make isk. Third mistake was communication. Have of people's fears in life come from not having information. You think I liked sending corp mails every other day? No. But I know what people need to hear..and when they need to hear it. People are sheep. Born followers. Need to hold their hands.
The first point is correct. Too many people were given leadership roles. They were accepting every app to the corp. Blank or otherwise. I rejected a guy FOUR times only for someone else to accept them. What was meant to be a small elite corp/force, turned into an diluted amalgamation.
Second, I never handed out ISK personally, not sure about the others. But I DID give out reimbursements for those harsh losses we had. If people continuously get their ass handed to them without a bit of "Sorry that occurred, all our wallets are hurting, but here's a little something for your effort." they're gonna lose motivation. Without motivation, we might as well hand the opposition money every game.
Third, although corp mails are your thing, I squadded with everyone in corp. Talked to them. Talked to leadership. Talked to the corp. You're right. It's exhausting. And it's draining when you're talking to a wall and get no response. There wasn't a lack of communication, rather rampant miscommunication.
And some people are wolves.
Edit: And before you say it, I know your reply wasn't directed at me. :p

Money was not in the wallet because roman told sumar to take the isk from the wallet everytime it get a lil bit high cause of romans excperience with Commander marques, thats why there was hardly isk in the corp wallet And i have school so i couldnt be there for the pc's no matter if i tried. I was sumars "right hand man" so i knew what was going on Bruhh
Dude, when I asked, all I got was "Don't worry about it" That's pretty harsh to be kept in the dark.
Yeah, I FC'd our only victory, it seems.
No hard feelings, just seemed odd that I was asked to join as a director, but be kept in the dark. I thought we had something special. < / 3
