I have used Proto suits in less than 10 matches over 2 years. I think that in most of those cases I was using the Amarr Sentinel suit.
Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else there is the Learning Coalition.

And i have 35 mill roughly sp into tanks
I rarely run proto this is just what I have to proto

Ck.0 Logi - Only suit I used for forever.
Mk.0 Logi - Reluctantly spec'd into it when the Logi bonuses came out. I wanted the rep bonus. Then I soon realized how much more versatile the suit is with 4 equipment slots. It became my favorite logi suit.
Ak.0 Assault - Figured **** it, might as well get an assault suit. Got it and started melting faces with the scrambler rifle.
I'm happy with those are proto.
Who cares what some sniper has to say.

Cal Scout, used for trolling, a scrubby shotgun fit, a field sniper, and an AV fit
Cal Commando, used for redline sniping exclusively since it sucks butt
Min Commando, used for a mass driver and swarm launcher fit, both rarely used
Amarr Sentinel, HMG all day erryday
Min Logi, general support fits, a remote explosive spam fit, etc
Min Assault, almost exclusively used as a speed assault fit with various weapons
Gal Assault, used very rarely since it kinda sucks compared to amarr assault
Amarr Assault @ level 4, already better than Gal Assault because lol scramblers (totally not OP, dont nerf!), working on level 5 now |

I only have Min Assault, and I virtually never use it. I have proto Minlogi, AmSent suits but not skills as well.
