Maybe its not a smart idea to que with 400 minmatarr players vs 50 amarr players. You do the math why this is a issue and you are part of it.

Wait a long ass time for a nearly guaranteed victory in Gallente/Minmatar.
Wait 30s for a nearly guaranteed loss in Amarr/Caldari.
If you queue for Amarr/Caldari, don't ***** and moan about losing.
If you queue for Gallente/Minmatar, don't ***** and moan about wait times.

If there is no one playing amarr side, you won't find fast battles.
Because the amarr side victories are so sparse, it's lsrgely not worth participating in.
If it's not worth participating in, you won't get enough people to queue against you.
1000LP/hour isn't worth the ammo expenditure.

Besides, bots at least won't sit in the red line or leave battle shortly after it began.

As if certain facwar factions didn't have it easy enough. unless those bots have AI akin to burner mission NPCs, that's just going to be tragic.
