We are aware of a large player drop that occured today at around 16:35.
Tranquility and all associated services are operating fine, so we're currently looking at the cause of this player drop.
If there's anything else to update with, it'll happen in this thread.

Question: if been playing for a while now,come to find out upon my return( was not playing for sx months)that cheating(clutching,trolling, redlining)has become common in the game,why haven't the tech team started banning people that do this,instead of moving them to the oblivion server(was talking to a glitcher that knew about servers name),its a big issue,especially in factional,i used to play some ps2 games,eventually they got so bad because of cheating that the administrators had to shut the games down?

Can you go into detail on how any of your mentioned cheats are in fact cheating?

I swear to Amarr God this game knows when I have an easy key daily mission and does everything in its power to frustrate me and drag it out as long as possible

Ps4 has nothing to do with it....nor does the Ps3.
They're attacking actual servers, I used to be head gm in a online game called Dark Gunz, and we used to get attacked by players that we banned for hacking. And sometimes we used to attack back. |

UPDATE - 12/04/2015 - 17:13
After extensive investigation, we've been able to confirm that the connection issues experienced by players over the last few days have been caused by a series of DDoS attacks targeted at Tranquility.
Tranquility is perfectly healthy and is running fine, however we're currently working on resolving the situation, and the network issues that the attacks are causing.
We apologize for any interruption that the connection issues caused by these incidents are causing to your gameplay.

I got a BIGGER disconnection, that's being disconnected from the PlayStation 3. Can't get anymore disconnected than that. :(
