Me, actually.
I like a challenge and actually get a lot more hatemail in proto. So I get hatemail for a suit that has less eHP than it's Assault counterpart.
Worst part is: It's the Caldari Medium Frame

Thanks to ROM, I have learned that the Proto Minmatar basic Heavy frame is one of the Godliest suits in game.
Slap on three blues, two reds, and a Burst HMG and you're set. |

Lower HP (except logis)
Different slot layout
Different PG/CPU (used to be lower, may be higher now)
Cheaper at proto
no bonuses
honestly if all basic frames were 50% less than the simillar specialization (Assaults, sentinels and scouts) and got no bonuses but identical in all other stats (fittings, HP, etc) they may actually be worth a damn. |
