Apparently during this skew in the space time continuum, where WarRavens was considered legit as well and "made WTF quit the game."
BTW, was Biff rich and Marty dead in this world, by chance? Quick, to the Delorean!
Not to take shots, but wasn't IMPs only good when it was 8v8, tank-fitted logi slayers were OP, and lolstax was MD'ing on your A-team? *Scratches head* Before my time, Uprising baby. |

Basically what you hear comes from people who were stomped 24/7..and I was in Imps/AE/NS/TP, Imps were hands down Better than the others. Of course players who weren't in all these corps will make some claim that someone else was better cuz Imps would never be able to adapt etc...Just butthurt feelings
Not in their defense, just intellectual speculation....wouldn't this domination be considered one dimensional? Lack of suits/class/weapon diversity, lack of vehicle utilization (no ADS in their PC videos), lack of coherent team planning or execution (listen to the comms) - rather, total dependence on individual skill level. Not that I question the capability of the players, take Reg for example. Instead, I wonder how this team would look today. In my opinion, I've never overcome with strength of overall talent, but through pure team chemistry. Basically, winning against teams clearly better than ourselves on paper. But, it is certainly difficult to self analyze.
Adaptation to environmental stimuli is the greatest challenge of all. Take OH, certainly our #1 rival for over a year now. Both teams have had to make serious recalculations given gameplay/roster changes, yet consistently capable to give another the fight of their lives. Heck, even give Roman some credit, the sign outside his shop changed three times - guy still shows up when the bell dings. |
