With the new matchmaking I'm getting thrown into a lot of games already in progress, I know i'm not going to get a decent isk payment so i'll either leave the game or run cheap fits and not contribute as much as i could
Can we modify the ISK formula so you still get the same ISK payout?
If I can swoop in mid game and get top of the WP table on my side, it stands to reason I should get paid more than the people below me
lore reason - corp has hired me in last minute as it knows i'm their best chance, pays me accordingly

300k bonus for getting thrown onto the losing team... Only payable if you get into the top 10.
Then people will enjoy being thrown into such battles.
Also, lore... People get payed more if they're hired last minute because the guy who was supposed to do it called in sick... I just made a real life reference that actually makes sense! |

Well, you do have the option to leave and "quit" the job, just look for one that pays you full price >.>
Even though you may get on the top of the board, it wouldn't be fare to they guys who have spent more time in the game. Time is money they say after all ~(._.~)

but if i did more work in less time how is it fair they get paid more?
i guess my point is, payout is a bit **** if you didn't join from the start

But you should really have the option to not take those jobs in the first place... Though that would leave us with... Well the same thing we have now... People leaving, but without the hassle of actually having to leave and getting put back into the same game a few times.
Fairness is relative anyway, by being there, you're making their job easier, or in most cases making it do-able, because without a full team, you're screwed.
The issue here is that Dust pays people to be there longer, rather than to actually do anything in particular.
I don't really see why a company would pay for that, they would surely pay more for someone who does something. |

Entered the match ...Enemy team has full armor our team has half armor... Left the match

There needs to be an incentive for staying in a match you get dropped into halfway.
Right now there isn't any. When I get dropped in any match with less than 75% shields on an MCC I back out. Because the loss of potential earnings because someone couldnt be bothered to stay for the whole match can be substantial.
Never mind spawning into a match where the lines are already firmly drawn is a twitchy situation at best.
