Alright, so Amarr FW is like drinking molten lead while simultaneously getting kicked in the dink.
Is the only solution to queue sync an entire team of blues? That seems like the only way to earn a victory in this godforsaken gamemode.

Minmatar dropsuits are the fastest dropsuits on the field; highest walk/strafe and sprint. They regen stamina the fastest too.
They also receive innate hacking speed bonuses. The scout gets an additional hacking speed bonus from dropsuit command ON TOP of the innate bonus. They also receive the most lethal service rifle in game right now: CR.
Meanwhile, the Amarr are the slowest dropsuits, with a weapon that has little stopping power against armor, and no hacking bonuses.
Early in the match the Minmatar are able to quickly hack the objectives and installations before the Amarr can field their forces. This gives them a great early-game lead.
So I guess the Amarr need to switch to Minmatar tech so they can compete  That seems... silly and poorly designed, if I am being completely honest.

It's classic Strategic Dominance. They are running Min FW because it earns them the gear that works the best in every other gamemode.

I for one run a Caldari Assault with a plasma cannon for Minmatar a lot of the time. Unless you are talking about bpo`s / Apex suits but then I would just lol. I see Minmatar gear when fighting opposite the Minmatar. Things like the CR, SMG, MD, and MinAssault.
It's not rocket science. Minmatar FW awards Minmatar LP which buys Minmatar gear...

Wins 11 Losses 0 Aero has played a bout 22 games. Wins 22 Losses 0 We've been up against squads of Warravens, Outer Heaven, Etc. You guys need to get good. I have seen the light. It's all so clear now...
Did you have a full squad?
Were you queue syncing?
