You never know when a side is syncing - however I avoid time consuming Q-syncs and go with 1 squad
It usually means we do a lot of the groundwork capturing/defending points, but with the right blues it is possible to win

But, think about it.. would Factions hire lone mercs?? or seek squads/teams to attack/defend land??
They would seek a squad, one-man armies can stay in Public contracts. The Universe is now at peace.
For that reason I think lone mercs should be banned from FW.
This way we get help as only squads will be involved..

Or whatever other reason someone wants to spew, to justify lone mercs taking over/losing land for our Factions
So is there any place for the solo player? Pubs sure aren't it, neither is FW, and of course not PC.
This is the reason why there are so few people who play dust. Look at eve, it took between 6-7 years before there were more players in low-sec/null-sec than high-sec. If you make a game, even if it is MMO, you need to have solo content. Dust has none. It is squad up or get lost.
We are not ever going to respec weaponry and dropsuit upgrades because the majority of our Aurum gear falls within those

True you are delusional. Look at the FW ownership maps, it is pretty clear that amarr/caldari constantly get destroyed. You play during Dust's low-time, in a very specific time-zone. Outside of that Amarr FW is absolutely horrible.
If you want a decent metric, ask CCP Ratatti the total LP earned per faction... I would be will to bet that minmatar/gallente FW is an order of magnitude higher than caldari/amarr. This would indicate a completely broken system. Just because you can find a squad or two to stomp FW in off-hours, doesn't mean it is balanced. Haven't you ever heard of observational bias?
