Effort -> Wins
Wins -> LP
LP -> More Effort
People don't deserve to be rewarded for losing. If they are what incentive do they have to try?

My point is that in the first 3 mins, if all objectives are capped by the enemy but I stay and fight and go 5-6 and struggle to stay alive there's really not much of a payoff for fighting so hard.
Then you just have to fight harder and smarter. You can't give up for something so petty as material gain. If you are solely interested in that then Pubs or PC is more your thing.

This is War. War between the four factions. Now in War you always have your winners and your losers. The winners always get the best rewards and best spoils of war. Why? Because the losers are all dead and gone. Simple as that.
Except we aren't dead and gone.....and its a government supported proxy war so neither side wants a winner.

Did you read Kirk's FW proposal about the nodes/complexes gameplay where the novice and small complexes were specifically designed for small scale 4v4 or 6v6 gameplay and large complexes were specifically for 16v16 matches.
