Well i did tk the dude 5 times - thing is, in case you hadn't noticed, there is an event on, there's kinda a limit to how many times I can blast his face off - why should I exclude myself from an event because of the cheap behaviour of others? CCP should perma-ban him and give me all his stuff.
I endorse this solution and encourage it's application.
I believer the "keep what you kill" reward policy should apply here.
