I am a player from Hong Kong(it is in China)
I have noticed that there are basically no Chinese speaking player, even forum in Chinese seems that and the officecal forum don't even have a Chinese page.
It feels so weird that like I am the only Chinese in the entire game.
Let me know if there are any other Chinese in this game, leave me a comment
p.s. I found this game when I am seaching `From Dust` in PS store.

From my understanding, consoles aren't a big market in China.

I could see this ..Most likely hong kong has completely different censorship from the rest of China as it was under British rule till the late 90 ' s ..i think 97

PS3's aren't sold in China, it's a black market thing.
Not to say a lot of chinese don't own one, it's not that hard to get one, but it's not legal either.
Xbox was the first consoles in ages to be given the green light - and it was badly received. PS4 was scheduled to launch in China but I forgot what happened.

Pretty much this.
They even had to create a separate server in Eve for Chinese players to be allowed to actually advertise the game and allow people to join without proxies and stuff. |

Even without a lot of the other stated issues.... Chinese government would literally flip their sh*t over the 'rebellious minmatar' that 'rise up against oppressors' and other stuff. Censorship agencies would freak out.
Also, positive depictions of democracy and capitalism in the forms of gallente and caldari.

Yes, apparently the Chinese EVE client has all of those racial themes removed.
The only real difference between the races is the ships and weapons they use.
