The Amarr Sentinel has the highest potential hit points and has a resistance against other Heavy Machine Guns. But its the slowest of them all.
Not sure if that helps.

I taken it English isn't your first language. So I'm just gonna guess you are trying to a decent sentinel fit. I believe I can help.
Lately I've started to run my advanced sentinel more than my basic and this is my solo fit:
Gallente Sentinel Krins DMG Mod (or Enhanced Heavy Mod if you don't have Krins) Enhanced Armour Repair Mod Enhanced Reactive Plate Enhanced Armour Plate MH-82 Heavy Machine Gun Magsec SMG M1 Locus Grenades
If you are just starting you will probably be in a basic suit so try this for your basic:
Gallente Sentinel Basic Heavy Damage Modifier (or Krins) Basic Armour Repairer Basic Armour Plate Heavy Machine Gun Submachine Gun or Magsec SMG Flux Grenade or Locus Grenade.
For strategy, use cover as much as possible and strafe in any fight you get in. Try not to let assaults out range you and remember to keep an eye on your heat. Overheating your HMG can be a deadly mistake.
Remember you are slow so you want to stay in places where there is a lot of cover or you have blueberries around you when you cross open spaces.
Good luck and welcome to the Fat Man suit.
I find your lack of heaviness... disturbing...

If you are fine with low health, the Minmatar Heavy frame is fast, has decent stamina, and can be fit with three complex myofibril stims, two complex kincats, and a burst HMG. |

I'd say three choices.
Amarr - It has the most low slots making it able to tank the most armor, though it is the slowest, it's stamina is still better then the Gallente, but inferior to the Minmitar
Gallente - Has the highest base reps, faster then the Amarr but slower then the Min. It's stamina runs out quick, but you can stack yourself two damage mods. It can have good reps with respectable damage and armor capabilities.
Minmitar - Fastest of the bunch, plenty of stamina and such. What it lacks in armor it makes up for in mobility and shield capacity. Also has mad damage output capacity due to the three high slots. Still not bad for armor if you wanna stack a plate.
There is also: Caldari - Squishy due to being hit by a flux grenade and decimated. If you can avoid those and scramblers, you'll do okay. Capable of massive damage, especially when you stack all dmg mods and a burst HMG. Primarily used with forgegun.
Personally, I suggest the Amarr for people just starting out. Make good friends with a logi and you'll go far. Gal/Min for more experienced heavies, both can survive well on their own in either assaulting a point or holding one down. Gallente is more Logi friendly though. Min I find is more of a solo heavy, though you can still slap a plate on that sucker, just feels like a shame to since it has such good maneuverability.

I personally love the min sentinel. I've been running that one for a while now. Great speed and stamina. Although to stay competitive with the tanked amarr and galente sentinel you either need to stack damage mods or kin cats.
My fit is usually
Adv. Min sent Republic boundless hmg M512 smg / specialist flaylock pistol M1 locus grenades 3 enhanced damage mods 1 enhanced armor rep 1 complex armor plate
It's a slower min sent although when I have my logi behind me I spit out damage, and can outlast most fights.

Only heavy that can withstand.. is heavy deep in red zone. If you don't have logi.. don't bother. If you want go solo... don't bother.
Not much time left...

For pubs : every sentinel For PC : preferable amarr or gall. Cal can be used to defend objective without logi [amarr and gall needs logi]
Difference between gall and amarr : speed. That's all. They have almost the same amount of HP and reps. It's not noticeable.
Ps. And bonuses ofcourse. Amarr has better.
