Leovarian L Lavitz We Forgotten Few 1479	Posted - 2015.04.06 06:49:00 - [1] - Quote Almost a sixth sense xD A blueberry started following me after I abruptly spun around and killed three scouts that had popped out behind both of us, saving him. He then watched as I managed to sniff out enemies again and again without ewar. I've heard said that knowledge of the maps, enemie routines and stuff helps. I was running along on a path I like to take, and asked myself, you know, I never see enemies come up this way, and started going up that way, catching enemies by surprise. Lots of little areas where I started to ask myself, why do I always do it this way? why not the other way? I started thinking, well, If I hack this item, they'll know I'm here, do I hack this or the point? Sometimes I take the thing, or the point, usually seeing if I spot any stragglers. I might run, or stay. Sometimes I do both, making a long loop to come back, knowing a scout or something will have made it, arriving just as the point or item is getting hacked. Sometimes, I'll wait, zoomed in the battlescreen to watch the various camping pixels move about, seeing where they are going, and spawn based on that. I kill a lot of big names by controlling or predicting their movements and selecting an appropriate fit to counter theirs. I'll zoom in on an uplink, watching for any moving pixels. If I see none, or if a blue spawns and is crushed, I'll watch and wait. And then spawn there or somewhere else to counter flank the campers, If it's hopeless, no point spawning there, might as well chose something totally different. Their main force camping an uplink? Go take points! LOOL Best corps run passive scans and are able to defeat battle-awareness, however, I wise up to it quickly by running my own ewar, 1damp, 2 damps, no damps and hp+regeneration and active scanner (if I can't get under their scans, I'll make myself a walking +50 printer). Speed fits, a fit for everything. Sometimes I'll kill four or five people in a single engagement. But from my point of view, by controlling the flow of battle and cover, it is actually five solo 1v1 engagements in a row, my specialty. I will almost always fight to the death when encountered at full health, half health, 1/3 health. at 1/4 health I'll probably only attack with a back attack and run away. Map knowledge, where do people go and why? Something fun is that on the train map, most people almost always try to take the roof and jump down, but they don't have to, they can always go down the side hills (almost never happens) and through the front opening! catch many people's pants down like that. So much to this game, I love it, I love hunting big game, good fights, and fun brawls. Weeee. Youtube: Dust 514 - You should Have Worn Proto Dueling is my specialty

Like this one time I was wondering around and I see you running the other way and take out like 19 scouts then I die and you revive me and killed a heavy and I weakened an amarr ako scrub but he killed me and then you killed him and revive me again we end up losing but you had a solid 79.2 kdr I mean nothing to brag about hut it's aifht

I play for good fights, I brawl everything under the sun. My Kdr reflects that, since I throw myself into the midst of squads to try to take out as many as I can, leaving me with like a 2 kdr. I know some high kdr players, they pew at someone and run away the moment they are seen. Sure, to each their own, but I kill those guys in 1v1s. Having gone against you both, you're both good players, and far more similar in playstyle/skill level that you might suspect from these responses. Good fight last night, Leo, BTW.

Don't listen to leadfeet though we play nothing like each other, I'm a scrub. 90% of what I do is spray as many bullets as possible in the enemies general direction and hope I steal some kills from my teammates.

And majority of people inside are on the second floors fighting the jumpers. I can just walk right in the front door, spam droplinks and then toss down nanohive and sling grenades up above until they catch on and melt my face. Hopefully by then others storm in on my points and we can take it back. It doesn't always go smooth, but it does work sometimes.

I am a bullet magnet, I'll be trying to fight someone thinking I got a little cover but then catch a bullet to top of my head or from the side. Sometimes I'm just like wtf after dying , because I'll be with a group of people..reds storm up , we exchange fire , reds are dead and i'm dead none of the blues dead..but we were all beside eachother, I got **** luck I guess..that and I just suck. I do try though , this is why I am mainly a logi.

If your feats are your feats, you're a really capable player. I, on the other hand, had battle awareness (to the point of being able to predict the battle minutes ahead, but then that's not too crazy when you're predicting pub matches...) and still lagged behind the better players. You see, I am a more capable tactician than I am a fighter. It's pretty useful though when you're leading a squad. I sped the video up 2x so I could show what playing the game feels like to me. Sure, when out of the thick of it everything seems to take forever, but in the moment, it feels fast and fresh, fun.
