Hey guys today i logged in and while i was playing some named with a lot of Is and Ls joined my corp and then left.. no one accepted him in the corp and still was able to get 228million isk from our corp. What the hell???

Probably (If a true story by OP) someone in your corp made an alt and did the deed.

Almost certainly an inside job. Sorry to hear of it. Check your corp wallet -- the one who xfered the isk should be listed. |

It was probably an alt of one of your directors. They made their alt a director, and used the alt to steal the ISK.The only thing you can do is fire all your directors. Do you have any directors who are very poor and/or constantly complain about not having enough ISK? If so, they probably did it.

Seriously tho almost no corp keeps their funds in their corp wallet just for this reason. All it takes is one drunk director and some one pissing him off and it is go time.
Not having a holding corp is serious fail but I guess you know that now.
If you do not want to make a holding corp just make a second character on your main account since it does not need passive SP to play piggy bank.

Or not assign the director role to anyone you're not sure about. Pretty sure there's other roles for things like applications and PC management. You don't really need directors.

You are absolutely correct it is just much more of a pain to manage individual roles in my opinion. Nothing worse than having all your TLOs online but no one can use the corp wallet to pass out money to a few corp members that need the money for PC.
EDIT: Even businesses in the real world keep petty cash accounts that many employees have access to. The problem with the corp wallet is that there are no divisions like in Eve and generally once the theft is noticed a couple of hours later or the next day members paying in taxes over over written who made the withdrawal. |
