In my opinion, logis should have bonus to hacking AND EWAR, aside from equipment bonuses. After all, they are logistics (info people/supplies).

Minmatar Logistics have a 20% increased hack speed
That's pretty noticeable if you ask me. Every second counts, even fractions of seconds make the difference in tight situations.
