Beta-test salvage mechanics with easter eggs. Collect easter eggs, get salvage, sell for ISK.
Would have been a pretty cool feature, actually.
Have a suggestion for the Planetary Services Department?

The lack of Holiday themed extras is extremely disappointing.
Sure developers at CCP Shanghai are doing their own things and having fun with VR apps that are tested and played internally.
But when you have all these holidays pass and we not get any themed items with it just shows the lack of passion at the studio...
We could of had it snow in DUST for Winter Holidays.... Could of taken Manus peak and completely re themed it for the Winter Holidays.. This would of made you money and spurred the DUST community.
The Snowball Mass-driver was a good idea and hats are off.. I Bought a BPO to show support for this sort of development even though the idea wasn't original and innovative.. It merely was a copy from EVE online's snow ball launchers with significantly less visual experience.
If this is truly an amazing community that CCP is happy to have.... Show us by offering themed DLC that brings us together..
Themed Holiday DLC or items brings users to servers as GTA and many active MMORPG's have proven time and time again.
Taking a couple developers off a small VR project to provide active users with a memorable experience to be talked about all year is a good investment in time no matter how you look at it. |

For the best. New Eden is supposed to be it's own living breathing universe. They are detached from modern day festivities. Holiday themed stuff would kill the immersion.

Snowball launcher was generally the long time winter celebration; recently 'christmas' has made the list. There is also a summer holiday. All three things are not named in lore; and the christmas is take out of game context.
