matchmaking works, im still against all the big time players
the main difference ive noticed is that my team is usually more competant than before the matchmaking fix, unlike before i can rely on my teamates to pulll their own weight more oftin than not.
i still get the ocasional idiot who thinks uplinks on every tower in line harvest is a good idea, but the rest of the team seems to realise that spawning on them is a bad idea and it doesnt screw over the team.
the fights are more brutal for both sides and redlines cost a team more to acomplish and are easyer to break (except in cases where the team only fills halfway through the game as in one match were we got put in with our mcc at half armor and theirs was at half shields)
I personally have no problem fighting top tier players, and now i have more competant blueberrys to pull some of the weight.
Overall this is a positive change and fights are more chaotic and brutal.
One thing ive noticed is that i really have to take care in organising a squad now, you have to make sure you have all yoru basses covered and actually bring a full squad or someone who has will wipe the floor with you. i guess that just means its time to brush up on my squad lead skills though and up my game a little for some of the tougher fights.
See you all in skirmish.

I think there are a lot of people who realized they are in the top tier and started sandbagging to get out of it.
Unless you were drug in with a squad, you should be able to put up 1000 WP in the highest tier. No new player excuses if you are getting matched up with fellow high SP, veteran players. |
