You don't screw over an entire team because someone couldn't get their act together.

Train map is annoying, but its a problem that shouldn't exist too much longer.

then i afk, STILL screw the team over (potentially even more so due to a whole squad doing it) and and dont incur a penalty

this is a case of the cure being worse than the problem itself.

Because **** you, seriously. If the player has no isk, they get locked out of matches for an extended period of time. Usually banned for being too awesome.

Furthermore, as you have abandoned your team there is increased chance that your team will have been defeated and scattered.
