Or if the stat is actually meaningful, what is the equation that's being used and how does the Accuracy Rating effect Accuracy, Recoil, and Dispersion? It is a formula, I will dig it up. Only applies to dispersion weapons.

It's great that Protofits is a nice work around but I know of a handful of people in game who (unbelievably) don't have PCs. Gotta feel bad for them since they can't afford a PC... damn. Doesn't the PS3 have a built-in Web Browser?
It's terrible.
I rather use my 10 year old computer than the PS3 for browsing.

Not really, considering my 10 year old PC is weaker than the PS3.
The problem is it doesn't support many things like Flash.
