 Okay get your basement dwelling neckbeard asses into shape! Every time one of the following happens you do an activity
 
 You Die to side arms, light weapons (excluding PLC) or an HMG: 10 Push Ups per death
 
 You lose: 20 Squats
 
 You Rage Quit: 30 crunches
 
 You die to a PLC or RE or Forgegun: 20 jumping jacks (star jumps)
 
 Your vechile gets blown up: 50 step ups
 
 You win a match: Rest
 
 
 Let's get physical people!
 
 Edit: Kills do not negate the amount of push ups you need to do.

 Im 27 and own a dairy farm with more cows i can afford migrant workers to take care of. 14 hours a day of running my assh off. how bout i send you my nightly stats and you work out for me?  Deal?

 Also this post was mainly for those that just sit there and play not for those who actually stay in shape by their own effort or because of work

So Pro Neckbeards work out less than the casual players who don't have time to get as good? Here is where I find a flaw in your system.
