Exactly what it says at the top. Of all the weapons in DUST, which one do you find the most liking to?
For me, it is the Forge Gun and the Assault Rail Rifle. The sound and doooonnnnggggg of the Forge Gun makes it 'feel' like a real, massive weapon. The rag dolls it creates with that big bright blue explosion is so wonderful. The ARR, for me, also 'feels' good to use. Definitely my favorite light weapon.
So what say you?

NKs, although the current circumstances severely limit being able to use them.
PLCs are super fun too, especially when you get that direct shot on someone.

FG for me. Since I can't carry or pre-drop ammo I'm relegated to being near depots or cross my fingers and use someone elses deployed ammo. It really sucks but I do get to take out roaming tanks or the lone runner. Wish I had one nanohive even if it was a cheap one. CCP has made it very clear they don't like FGs. |

AScR - Even before the buffs, the RoF on this made me love it, and I stuck with it throughout its re balances to be rewarded in this patch.
ScR - A versatile weapon, useful in every occasion, looks awesome, kills awesome...it is perfection...and is a little too powerful for its own good...
Rail Rifle - Good Reliable Over-watch Weapon...It either makes enemies keep behind cover long enough for me to pick my friends up...or it kills them because I've got longer range.
80GJ Rail Guns - Up until this most recent patch (Which made the Blasters Just Better) this was my go to on my HAVs...I didn't care about infantry, my targets where the enemy vehicles anyway...I only even shot at infantry that shot at me (or happened to be standing next to the guy who shot at me...or sniping).
New Assault HMG (Breach HMG?) - Brickadabrackidabrickadabrackida....DAKKA DAKKA DAKKA...its dispersion looks kind of comical when firing, but it gets a wide variety of jobs done.
Bolt Pistol - Perfect for providing *BLAM* for all those heretics out there...used to use the Breach ScP for this role, but the bolt pistol's range makes it perfect...(If we ever saw a rifle version, it shouldn't have any more damage, just a deeper magazine)
Khanid Logi and Tanker, sometimes AV Heavy or Sniper.

But I've gone back to the ol' AR!
I have a lot of fun with the PLC though.
When stuff needs to be done I go to the AR. |

Rail Rile -- I use it on all my Caldari fits (except sentinel).
Bolt Pistol -- Because getting head shots on cocky enemies is funny as hell.

I've been using the SCR recently, and I absolutely love it. It's awesome charging it up behind cover and using the high alpha to blap most things. The range is great, the recoil is manageable, and it can be used as a SR by getting charged headshots. It looks badass, it makes beautiful sounds, and it #R3KX shields. I use two Complex Light Damage Mods to compensate for it's weakness against armour.
Overall, the SCR gets 9/10.

For the first 10 months or so of me playing this game I pretty much only used the Breach Assault Rifle. Over the past month to month and a half though I decided to switch to the Assault Combat Rifle and I have been pretty much using that non-stop. I am about to start skilling up that Assault Rail Rifle. |
