But, I was reading through past blogs about patch notes, and updates...
I only found 1 bug/glitch that CCP actually fixed. Despite them saying "we've fixed this... or we fixed that..."
They honest-to-god haven't corrected a single thing in 3 years.
The only other correction I can recall that wasn't listed in blogs was during 1.7 when passive skills didn't load.
I don't mind if they can't fix something, but they have this strange habit of telling us they did, when they simply didn't. If they were competent to fix something, that would imply they were compentant to not have the problem in the first place. I guy who breaks his own legs and doesn't know how he did it, isn't going to know how to walk. Someone who was blind isn't going to know what to look for.
Even more insulting. Often a mentally challenged person, doesn't know they are mentally challenge, and certianly isn't capable of correcting it themselves from within. We call this innovation in-breeding. When you shut out outside influence, you eventually get in a hole of bad ideas and nobody knows it.

Weapons are more balanced.
Suits are more balanced.
We have gotten, and are getting, new maps.
They pulled Gal Research Facility from PC.
They took out passive ISK from PC.
They fixed the Sprint Glitch.
They fixed HD on a lot of the weapons (maybe SGs still have problems?)
They got rid of Omnisciant Installations.
I could go on, but they have fixed A LOT of things. That some still remain is more a matter of how broken Dust was when it launched and the people that worked on it before than it is a matter of what has been done since with limited resources.
Former CEO of the Land of the BIind.
Any double entendre is unintended I assure you.

They didn't fix GLTICHES. Sprint glitch is still very much in this game

Depends entirely on what you count as a bug.
The ones that were the worst initially were terrain/mesh problems. Shield tanks blew up just driving over a section of road. Manus Peak on the North side, heading towards the road over the hill had two bumps that if you hit either of them in a shield tank it blew up. Also behind some of the towers in Line Harvest. Specifically the middle tower on the left when facing the top of the map. Or coming down from there to the Supply Depot. That would blow you up right quick.
I must have reported nearly two dozen map glitches and they were all fixed.
The only map/mesh issue that remains (I have yet to test it) is when you hit the D-pad inside some of the structures; satellite launching facility and the pyramid. Those drop the vehicle through the bottom of the map/mesh. I suspect it is tied to Supply Depots as I have seen the same graphics glitching as a Merc that killed me as a tanker.
Now, there are plenty more that I would love fixed. I have been quite loud about how poorly tanks and their weaponry work in Dust. Activating modules in a tank (or any vehicle really) is a dice roll. I know this is a video game but turning a module on or off shouldn't need dice to see if it works. Modules turn on, then off. No matter how careful you are hitting the right module and getting it to do the right thing is a chancy endeavor. At least they converted the Armor Repair Modules to Passive. I have lost an incredible number of tanks because the modules wouldn't come on or they would do their weird tricks but refused to actually repair my armor.
It didn't help when CCP/Shanghai used us to Alpha and Beta a game only to deliver a completely different game for Uprising 1.0. A horrible mistake and many problems showed up. Quite a few of those have been fixed. Not all, see tank problems above. At least Rail Guns work if you turn the turret, nope they would work if turned in a shield tank for 1.0. Fun.
Some of the issues are related to CCP server and network architecture. It was designed to support a point and click game on a PC. Initially one might switch targets on a ship but now the server resolves everything about the battles. Lag can be easily shared in that scenario. Lag is tough in FPS but unbalanced lag can be devastating.
While I can see your point, I have to say the game has improved since CCP Rattati took over. I don't like all the changes and play much less than I used to (as well as losing most of my PS3 friends last September). But I have other games to play as well as Dust. Hopefully CCP Rattati and crew will continue balancing the game and adding enough features to compensate for the rough edges. In the final analysis that will have to be each Mercs own decision if the good outweighs the bad.
My favorite tank is a Lightning. Just sayin.

Are you talking about the cloak-fire glitch where you can shoot while cloaked?
NOPE, that hasn't been fixed either..
