And before you guys say anything, no free ISK. Never in my life have I seen a game where the devs couldnt give a rats ass about the diminishing player-base as long as they got to jump 20m in the air. I'll be back when I see you've got your priorities straight. The telltale sign of that will be the PS4 move. CPMs should stop acting like they have power and remember their true position. Scapegoats for CCP

Dust 514 doesn't feel like one of those wacky settings like Borderlands 2, for example. 4 out of 5 dentists agree that orange is not a sound.

Being unable to damage certain enemies because of their strafe was bad enough but now when they fail to break hit detection they just jump over your head to take advantage of crap sensitivity. I myself have less desire to play but that has been the case more and more over the past 6 - 8 months. I remember a time where I could play this game for 18 hours straight but that has been ruined by Scotty the matchmaking dip ****, constantly playing against the same people, and the mass of people in that group who intentionally glitch hit detection to protect their precious K/D.

Agreed! I remember playing so much when I was off dust I was wanting to go back on, now all it is to me, is a giant chat room. But it seems so much effort has gone into "wow that's never been done before" that not enough effort was put into "you know, loads of games were getting this right a decade ago..." So - the usual: network adjustment problems (ever notice how the "elite" players always casually mention offhand how bad their connection is? Just saying...) Strafe problems (I know, I know, they put it on a console, but, really, if we wanted to play a game where the main skill was "randomly wiggle the control stick left and right" we'd still be playing Daley Thompson's Decathlon) And all this contributes to the headline of "hit detection" I've had another try - maybe a half-dozen games - so I'm off for another break now. Here's hoping that core gameplay is better when I come back. PS3 Slim - Hybrid hard drive with 8GB SSD - South Coast UK - Virgin media cable BB, 20Mbps down, 2Mbps up.
