Same story as usual, any player that isn't from western Europe or the united states must tbe breaking the game through the magic of the internet.
People blame Russians.
People blame Japanese.
People blame anything resembling South America.
Implying there are no russians in the US.
Implying there are no latinos in the US.
Implying there are no Japenese people in the US.
Implying there are no American ainme fanboys selecting japanses sounding names
Implying there are no people in Japan, or Russia or South america who have picked typical english gamer tags
Implying Spanish names couldn't possibly from Spain.
Implying there are no Americans with crap internet connections.
Implying no English sounding corps would ever lag switch

What it is, is the need to blame anybody who is different. The only indication of you have distance is a "foriegn" sounding name. That or playing on a server that isnt meant for you. So if you're in greenville county alabama and you're on the Asian server, gee i wonder why the speeds don't necessarily match up.
The United states isn't exactly a small country, yet i don't hear people from california complaining about some guy stealing guv'ment wif fi on some ranch in oklohoma. Or texans saying those guys in Alaska, those guys must be tweaking thier intenet.
But no, its always the latino corps are too slow, they have an advantage, and the japanese corps are too fast and they have an advantage.
Poor little old me? Being faster than the latino corps doesnt give me the same advantage nyan san has, on the contrary, it puts me at a disadvantage. Because you know, the Mexicans.
Typical QQ goes like this:
