So I played a few battles with starter fits and made almost a million ISK. Then I decide to play it safe and called in an advanced missile Gunny. So I destroy a militia and standard tank and head off to my redline and watch over the objective that's over there. I'm sitting there taking potshots at infantry when all of a sudden "Harpyja committed suicide."
Great. Thank you Dust. I didn't need any more problems. Half a mill lost. Seriously? FML. I was SITTING in one place. And I spontaneously blew up.
Talk about bad luck, I seem to be the embodiment of bad luck every time I play this game.
Welp. I cannot even send in a ticket because I already have two active tickets: one for losing two HAVs in the same battle due to the redline timer bug and a second ticket for losing a HAV after dangling from the RDV for at least 30 seconds before it gets OB'ed.

I've lost since HAVs were a thing probably a half a billion isk, no joke, just from random deaths with absolutely no enemy influence involved.

Actually, longtime vehicle users have basically surrendered to the fact that CCP has given them the worst development in the game.
The list of glitches that pertain to vehicles outweighs infantry about 3:1.
A player will rage when they get insta-killed from behind a wall, or their gun doesn't fire properly... but imagine that happening 50% of the time, EVER single time you use a vehicle...
It sucks, and we've complained... and all CCP did was give us the Uprising 1.7 buff that didn't actually fix the problems, it just covered them up with gross imbalance.
Sorry, but a spontantios tank death with 0 explanation is old news and CCP doesn't care anymore (nor did they ever). Blame it on New Eden Gremlins...
I know what 32 people are doing at once. Trick is, I really only need to pay attention to 31...

The redline timer bug has been proven to be a display error. For some people it does not actually count down at full speed. Just get the feel of 20 seconds down in your head and ignore the timer for future survival in redline situations.
You may also want to try deleting and reinstalling Dust to try to get rid of this bug since it is definitely client side and probably related to a bad update somewhere along the way.
