1. If we all cut out the revenue stream by not paying money, then CCP Rattati and his team will suffer because of a lower budget and ultimately means a massive or permanent delay of the features we were expecting to come on the Trello boards. The game will no longer be profitable and CCP Hilmar might then change his mind and decide to shut down Dust like he did with World of Darkness. This strike that you propose benefits NO ONE and it's counter intuitive.
2. I'll continue to support this game by purchasing AUR so that Rattati and his team can have a better reason for Hilmar to at least devote one or two more devs towards Dust so that we can get this game to be better optimized and hopefully ported over to the PS4 and perhaps even have Dust start using UE4.
PS: I'm NOT with you. Go strike on your own.

Summa Militum wrote:All the issues this game has have been repeatedly mentioned in the forums so CCP has no basis for playing stupid when it comes to why they choose to implement more content into this game all while ignoring the major problems this game has.
What new content? Last time I checked, everything that we have has been previously existing for a long time. The only addition are Daily Missions, respecs, and the Warbarge which are things that can be done easily. The real changes I have seen for almost an entire year so far have been balance changes, implementing a team builder with the MU system (not to be confused with matchmaking), removal of the Gallente Research Facility from PC until its been addressed, rebalancing of all weapons and vehicles, PC is about to get an overhaul if it hasn't already, simple trading is coming which is something EVERYONE has been demanding since the beginning of time, cloaky shotgunners are no longer an issue, respecs have helped players enjoy the game more, equipment spam has been largely eliminated, and logistics suits now benefit from the new bandwidth limit.
CCP has not been ignoring every problem. Many of them have been or are currently being addressed. The only problem we have right now is that the dev team for Dust is too small to deal with the major issues and therefore needs more revenue to justify having a bigger team to tackle said issues. We're never going to achieve that if we stop paying.
PS: The rogue drones that Rattati is experimenting with are old content as well that were developed over a year ago and only now is he playing around with them to see what use they have for helping new players in a possible PvE style match for learning.

I use to think like that before, but then I realized that such a mentality is nothing more than a cop out. Besides, this statement still doesn't make you correct. You proposed an idea that is counter intuitive to your end goal and I just described how counter intuitive it would be a few posts ago.

I thought for sure 200 keys would get a Quafe Combat/Rail/Scrambler Rifle. No weapon BPOs. I did get a cool Roden Scout, but I literally already had 10 Gallente Scout BPOs.
I'm strongly considering the Templar package that's on sale for 75$, but the problem is that there's going to be a box in the mail and my wife will find out that I've spent even more money on Dust, even though I pretty much already have everything. Buying any more keys seems too wasteful, like a gambler trying to get rich.
TLDR; I'm going to buy more AUR as soon as I run out.
You could always grind for the one free key you get everyday.
By the way, the Templar set is worth it and you'll enjoy the contents of the box, especially the board game that comes with it. It's fun.

The forums will forever be full of complaints from people who lack the moxie needed to take a stand.
We do make a stand. But not like you do.

Counter intuitive-like your support of net neutrality?..lol asshat
You do realize you just committed an ad-hominem attack, right? You're attacking me personally rather than focusing on the subject at hand by trying to discredit me on something that has absolutely NOTHING to do with this thread.

Lolno Tell that to Star Citizen. The US government scoffs at your attempted refutation.
The Gallente Federation doesn't care and I have Quafe suits. The US government's attempt at scoffing is now invalid.
