I wish CCP would take another dev or two off of Project Legion/Nemesis to work on Dust 514 for the next few Warlords patches.
Then let us give them more reasons to do that. Spend money on Dust. Let them know that this game is worth reviving and not Legion. Honestly, I don't care about Legion anymore. I stopped caring some time ago about Legion. What I do care now at this point is Dust. So far, it's gotten better under Rattati, Frame, and Logibro and I'm even happier that CCP finally admitted that it was a mistake to bring up Legion at all and think Dust was going to die.

The Attorney General wrote:With Shanghai split between three projects, no one should be hoping for serious quality improvements in Dust, so they are relying on the ignorant to invest in their BS. Given how sloppy the game is, why would someone who is new invest in it? What incentive do they have to look a dust as it is, and say that this game is going places when it still has all the same performance problems as it did two years ago?
I don't know. Why don't ask the fanboys for Star Citizen who already invested over $76 million into a game that hasn't even been released yet?

Why would ANYONE spend money on dead game on dead platform?
I never knew that a dead game could make a profit.

This.^
The #1 absolute reason why many players think Dust is no longer fun is because of poor matchmaking. If matchmaking works like it was suppose to and if Scotty stops being drunk, you will be amazed on how many players will come back.
