That would make it to where it only requires comparability things (PS4 would require some back end things, it's not completely like a windows PC), but it would be a lot faster of a port either way. I feel as though it should start on whatever is easiest to port, but but if it's going to be a long period either way (6 months+), it should start with PS4 as the OP said, for many, many reasons, among those to not **** people off.

It would be great to have it on either the PC or the PS4.
The PS4 doesn't require paying a subscription for PlayStation Plus for online multiplayer if the game happens to be free-to-play.
