I don't normally like trying to drum up a witch-hunt, but I've encountered more 'master race' bigots in eve than I care to admit.

I want this perception to change. How do we get it there? Is it a problem with dusts vision or eves view of it?
Do we need cooperative goals that force eve players / corps / alliances to rely on dust players to get the things they want, or will the golden child syndrome of eve prevent us from ever affecting 'their' game?

Re-looking through the comments, I am perhaps being a bit knee-jerky. However I have dealt with plenty of people that very much get off on the 'you took our sub money' and 'console players are all children' type arguments.
I still want to see some sort of cooperative goals that would lead to a respected and 'needed' dust community among eve players. I very much have got the feeling that part of the reason that dust gets the flack it does, is because we've been held at arms length, or devs have been paralyzed by 'vision'.

Yes EVE Players just love a game they do not play having a "Forced" negative effect on the game they do play...
Ah yes, I fully expected that someone like you would show up and try to downplay the statement of cooperative goals. Aren't you practically a full time eve player now? I suppose if you are intent on resenting cooperative goals they'll be 'negative' no matter what's said.

But seriously, cooperative objectives. Special resources accessible only through dust? Special dust contracts to clear drone infestations for planetary interaction for x time?

^theres just as many stupid corps in eve, particularly carebear corps. I regularly ran into a 'brony' corp in kakakela and bronies are the scum of the earth.
