Here we go.
It makes sense that scouts need to be stealthy and can use cloaks right? Well assaults should have a could type of "cover" or utility for there combat right?
1. My idea for assaults is to add a new cloak like piece of equipment.
I present to you- CAMOUFLAGE. Basically, it is a piece of equipment that changes you dropsuits color. Let's say you go sniper. You take cover next to a tan colored rock. You aim your reticule toward it and activate the module(like turning on a cloak) and your dropsuit either fully changes to that color, or gives camouflage patterns of that color. This will help assualts be harder to see and help carry out more successful Attacks.
2. Logis
Logis are a support role. Currently they support by provinding ammo, health, spawn points, and cover while we reload. What can be added to help them? Personally, I think more mods would help. Examples-
Bandwidth boosters Repair range boosters Revving speed increase boosters Etc. I'm not really a logi so I'll let logos add their opinions.
3. Sentinels.
In my eyes, sentinels are like a madrugar with a blaster. How can we improve these? By adding heat sink mods, dispersion mods, passive armor/shield hardeners and improved ewar.
4. commandos.
This ones easy. 1 add grenades.
2. We all now how "squishy" these are. I believe that armor plates and shield extenders are more for sentinels. For commandos, armor and shield hardeners would be more effective.
Can't all suites jump high? not just scouts
1. they just lowered the cost of running cloaks, there open to other roles now allready. camo also adds no counterplay to sniping
2. logi's are perfectly fine where they are atm I feel
3. your talking about adding mods that remove the downside of weapons used by the role, thats not balanced thats broken
4. If commando's get gernades why would anyone pick an assault suit?
there is really no reason for any of the changes right now, if scout's are too strong then a nerf is in order, the approach of boosting everything else in the game leads to more imbalances rather then fixing one role that too strong
your also seeing each suit type as a role on the battlefield where its more like 6 templates you can build your own roles out of
