Where is he? What's he been up too?
Not seeing him at fanfest or hearing any mention of him makes me think he went the way of Walder Frey.
(A simple "x" by you, Rouge, would suffice)

Well, if that was the case I would like to know (coming clean) what has become of CCP Shanghai.

Rouge is totally willing to talk to a gaming news site to talk about how he would really like to stop making Dust and start making the PC game he really wants, but doesn't have enough time to put anything on the forums for a year. The messaging is pretty damn clear.
