Depend's on your play style: solo, squad (proto stomping, HAV user), PC. Numbers will be VERY different.
When i'm actively playing, i'm making approximately 10m per day, that solo playing, 50% of all time - glass cannon scout sniper (at current state).

EDIT: I used to have more than I thought I would ever need, but then I realized that I could have some fun with that ISK and turns out it wasn't more than I would ever need. Lol.

100 mill is nice and I've never been there , I think the most I've had is somewhere around 35mil around the time we had that ISK payout increase .
Now I struggle to keep 2mil and currently sit at 50,000 ISK .
Doubts are like flies and should be treated as such and crushed .

Fix the game before trying to add anything else.
