They suck, but they're still usable... With a rail turret.
Fix mah damn blaster turret so it can hit things further than 5 meters away... AV grenade one hits the LAV so I don't really want to get that close, lol. |

I'm quite glad I didn't buy the double pack, but... I still made the mistake of buying one... Now I never even bother with the thing. It's safer to run to the freakin' objective at this point than get in that death machine!
I mean, if the terrain didn't suck so much for LAV's, it wouldn't be so bad, but when I hit a tiny pothole and go twirling through the air like a ballerina on crystal meth... something is wrong.

LAV's are garbage now. A single swarm hit is usually enough to blow them up. But hey we are supposed to dump up to 170k ISK into them just so that they still can be 1 hit killed by a swarm launcher. logic is deffo not applied here.
They say when you die you see a white light which then forms the line of:
"GAME OVER! PLEASE INSERT COIN"

Depends, if the guy is using a full proto fitted tank in a pub he deserves to be a victim of a J-LAV. And the HP nerf to LAV's is actually a buff to J-LAV's and it encourages apex suits. Cause apex suits are proto suits with the same bandwith for equipment. So basically it works like this:
-get your full proto logi out with all 3 sets of RE's
-place RE's on LAV
-swap out to your apex suit (RE's stay on LAV cause you dont loose bandwith)
-drive BPO LAV with a fuel injector into tank and boom
