I thought of this a while ago, my idea is to be able to fit a vehicle mod to a dropship fitting. A squad member brings in a tank of any style or type as is any other battle the tank takes damage. Have the ability to fit a dropship with repairer mod, once fitted have a minimum amount of meters in air the dropship has to be to initiate repair but also make a max meter. I know some things can be thrown in the mix and overlooked but I feel this might be helpful. Let me know what you all think.

They were great as long as you kept the lock, which was rather difficult. But, nothing could kill my Falchion when my remote shield booster LLAV buddy was on me. Literally took on 3 other tanks plus a forger at the same time while he was boosting me.

1: These existed and were removed for "Balance reasons" (aka Blam! didn't like them, so they got offed, even though they were fine, large ones arguably being slightly OP).
2: They were god awful on DS's, and any repairer fitted to a fling platform is always god awful.
Why does people insist on it being on DS's anyways?

God the Heavy Remote Armor Repairers were god-mode. I could rep another HAV at 1000+ HP/s with zero downtime with the right fit. It could take two proto assault forge guns and never drop below 50%, and rep right back up to full while the reloaded.

They simply had to shoot at whoever wasn't being repped, or call out a rail, and it would be over in fairly short timeframe. That's what I did anyways.

EDIT: I still wonder why people said they were so hard to use, when in fact they were really easy. Hell, if I was actually paid for it, I would have been putting myself out there as a really good LLV pilot as well.
Yeah but the thing was I was an ******* and hid behind cover with the tip of my HAV poking out at an angle they couldn't see. For the first PC match I dont they even realized I was there because they made no attempt to come find me. After those shenanigans literally won us the match, they sent a scout up on the next match to investigate what was going on, once he spotted me, they started dropping orbitals on me, but we timed it so the front HAV would basically throw it into reverse to shove me out of the way, and I repped him through the direct orbital strike.
I really miss coordinating vehicle logistics I just want my Yellow MAV Bus.

I personally want my LLV back. Repping **** the best while being able to zip through the land
And you could sit under OB's if tanked enough and repping anyways in a Maddy (not sure about Gunnlogi), so meh.
