Same behavior here. It does work eventually, but it can take some 4-6 attempts to get into a battle. |

I can find public contract battles fine, but 99% of the time I can't find factional contracts, the estimated time says 0 except when it works and then it actually gives an estimated time. Came here looking to find someone else with a similar problem |

Queue for factional contracts is different.
There must be enough players for both side amarr/min or gal/cal, if there are not enough players on both sides, the match will not start and 00:00 is showed.
If you see an ETA, it means that there is already a match, unfortunately usually there are not enough players to fill 2 matches at the same time.
You have to be patient and wait, there is no other way.
