I was late to the party, starting Dust in Chromosome unfortunately, so I missed out in Skirmish 1.0.
My question is, has the NDA on footage of closed beta gameplay expired? If so and if anyone has footage, can it be uploaded to YouTube for our viewing pleasure?

Wonder why there's no background music since uprising, actually... but that scope was ugly!! :D and, the game mode was so much fun imo, and made much more sense in Dust's context

That's Dust's real aiming mechanics/hit detection - it's been tweaked a bit since but we still have something very much the same, now it's wrapped in a nice fat gooey layer of aim assist.

whats really gunna **** you guys off, is that the day skim 2.0 was out, the community didn't really like it, and then asked for 1.0 maps, which we told where not in rotation.
and later we found out, that code for skim 1.0 was "unusable" which normally = dev deleted it
so their is no chance in hell you guys are ever going to get to play dust when it was at it best because it does not exists any-more.
and this is why the "weekend only" testers well and truly hate the old dev team who ****** up a sure a bet beucase of one or two guys ******* ego...
on a related note, dumfire swarms still give me PTSD and i kinda miss the ritual of having to reset my ps3 before a match corp match :P

The way how the HUD moves such as, the ammo thing, map, health, ect.. when you move does a motion = I remember that. Now its all ****.

Skirmish 1.0 gameplay is EXACTLY what PC should be. Defenders DEFEND, attackers ATTACK. No brainer! Much like MAG. So much has been taken from MAG to make this game and yet they failed miserably in PC.

It's not really a new thing for team-play. Capture the base and win. Instead we capture the flags and then redline camp until the timer runs out. It's not always bad, it's just a lot of running in circles and redline activities.

In PC, your corp OWNS the district, why on earth would anything be NEUTRAL? You own it ALL. Skirmish (2.0?) makes no sense in this context.
