Nope... I drive my MLT sica+rail and sweep everybody of the planet. then I get back to meleeing proto fits ;)
EDIT: and what comes to swarms... I sat in my sica and shoot madrugar while I was shot by swarms several times. only shield hardener (MLT) on and some armorplates in lows. no worries.
