I drive my MLT sica+rail and sweep everybody of the planet. then I get back to meleeing proto fits ;) EDIT: and what comes to swarms... What if they decided tomorrow that the SP investment for all skills was too low and doubled the SP required, then subtracted that from your SP total? Would that make sense too? They can and have refunded skills in the past when they wanted to make changes. The AmScout was a little different, because they accidentally set the multiplier for the suit to a number different than all the other suits when they made an update, but even in that case the appropriate response would be to refund the skill and let people decide how to spend their SP again.
