Dampening requires you to loose vital eHP which makes you easier to kill. Scanners only require you to use an equipment slot. If you are usig a proto Gal Logi and use all your equipment for Scanners, you are looking at maybe 4-7 minutes that the enemy have been scanned. You can see their exact location and the way they are heading and looking for 4-7 minutes. How is that NOT a crutch?
You need 24/7 off the radar? How is THAT not a crutch? I can be counter scanned by the correct scout fitting, meanwhile if a certain few scouts equips enough Damps then he's 24/7 off the radar. That is bs, shouldn't be permanent. Times of opportunity yes, but 24/7 radar stealth? Unbalanced.
Don't ***** about scans either, look at the ridiculous cooldown and scan times for scanners, there's a reason you have to equip more than one. |
