Otoky Dead Man's Game RUST415 175	Posted - 2015.03.16 14:00:00 - [1] - Quote I was off from Dust when FW BPOs were implented in to the game, so when I came back some month ago I was suprised to find this BPOs. I started to grind the LP and I almost achieved the 100k LP (15k missing) when I found out this suits are unmodifiable and contains militia components. And all in all, they seems to me relatively weak. I saw some Heavy with this gear with great stats but im not a Heavy type player. My question is: is it worth it? I know it worth it for some new player with low SP and ISK poll but my case is a bit different. I have 30mill SP and 100mill ISK. Also 100k LP = 666 protype dropsuit in the FW store (150LP / suit) which is more tempting. What is your experience with this suits? Which one do you recommend and why? Or just tell me what do you think about this.

As non-consumable BPOs, they allowed me to get used to the game without throwing ISK into fits, build up a little stash of ISK, and develop my playstyle. Tending to find now that when I throw together PRO/ADV fits, they perform better. I tend to use a few of these, and fall back on Apex thereafter, or use Apex for fits I don't yet have full skill proficiency for. I'm 16m SP, for comparison. --Cellar Door

Or just tell me what do you think about this. They are fully fit with basic modules. They are great if you have the skills behind the suit, the weapons, and every module on the suit maxed out or very close. If you dont then they are just good for spamming in ambush when you are getting PRO stomped.

But if you have a new character (after Hotfix echo) you get a good asortment of free starter gear, even all the different races frontline assault suits, and a special logi loadout with two EQ slots (can be converted into an poor mans uplinker with skills). So the APEX are more a cheap suit to grind isk for VETS. Some of the apexes are fit pretty badly (or not as I would do it)... It depends on your skill level and preferences.

It is really nice to have a throwaway heavy in certain situations, and the light weapons damage bonus on the Commando suits will make killing possible (if you have the suit skill at 4 or 5). There will be bullets. ACR+SMG [CEO of Terror]
