Pull out your grenade and having second thoughts about using it even though you've already cooked it? Simply keep holding L2 and TAP R2 (DO NOT HOLD R2 YOU WILL STILL THROW THE GRENADE) and the cooked grenade goes right back into your pocket and you can use it again. Also works as a great way to make the blueberries wonder if you're a god. A little side note, this will pull out your primary weapon again even if you had your secondary out before you cooked the grenade, you will not switch to your secondary even if you had your primary out. This always results in pulling out your primary weapon.

It's rather fun to do, blueberry's sometimes look at you in awe or spin around in circles trying to find the imaginary redberry who is about to throw a core locus at them.

This is an old trick from way back, but I'll help a noob out. You can also run and cook a grenade at the same time. When cooking and throwing grenades over long distances throw at 3rd or 4th click. When going for 1H1K core nade throw at 4th or 5th click. AV grenades do not disappear when thrown. There is a limit though but with proxi mines on a heavy tank traffic road it can instantly kill unaware drivers.

I've played many an fps and never encountered one that lets you put back a grenade youve started cooking. This doesn't work in any COD title, you simply throw the grenade then swap. Doesn't work in BF3 as far as I know but I can slap the game in and find out.

changing weapon or melee attack cancels out most weapons charge times from what I have noticed
