Yeah, that's why everyone used assault mass drivers, they were so prolific I've seen tooons of people using them.

Yeah they only get to use cover right up until they leap 10-15m over a protected flank and completely negate positional advantages.

"Counter the thing by doing it yourself!" yeah, great 'counter'. So here's a question for you, should players fresh out of battle academy have to suffer for months because the 'strategy' behind jumping is so powerful the only 'counter' to it is to do it yourself?

I'm well aware of what jumpers do to kill me, hence the title of the thread - they get to use cover but they get to completely negate any cover that opponents have unless it's like the supply depot of the research lab socket. For small expenditures of cpu and powergrid they get to completely negate whatever positional advantages I might have carefully worked for.
And don't try pulling the 'hurr but they have low health' crap, because assaults have a minimum of 500 ehp and I've seen jumping amarr assaults with >600-800 armor still.

So says 'let me be overpowered for a few months' Romulus hex. But hey let's call people you don't play bad because they have legitimate complaints about the power of a module and how it affects the game.
I mean how good can you be mr.kettle, you can't even deal with people using cover or intelligent positioning.
