Minmatar Medium Frames.
MK.0 has the same speed as the assault, but 5 highs, 2 lows.
Give me dat even BETTER jump height.

But people think jumping high is OP, and that Assault MK.0 is the best at everything, well now the MK.0 Basic has a legitimate use. Jumping super duper high. I just want to know what it looks like :P

Caldari assault/medium moves at a 7.0 though.
Minmatar Medium/Assault moves at 5.2 or 5.4
A Calscout moves at i think about the same as a Min Assault, however it also has 1 less high than the basic MK.0.
A minja i believe is the current winner of specialized frames, with MInSault following right behind, however what would a 5th high add into that mix?
A minmatar Assault currently beats a Caldari Assault with its' 5 highs, as their speed is just that different.

Basic frames of certain sizes/races have genuine uses still.
The basic Minmatar Heavy has a commando's movement speed, and only loses i think 140 Armor compared to the sentinel.
The medium basic frames still have their old slot layouts, which provides genuinely different flavours to medium frame play.
The Amarr Light has 125/162 with max cores HP, compared to the Scouts' 87/212, this lets you fit a better shield tank so you can more effectively run biotics fits.(3 Kincats, a Ferro and 2 Extenders)
Beyond those however, i do not think Basic Frames are any different.
I would absolutely love for all frames to have this manner of variety though, in fact even more.

Don't forget that movement speed is the main contributor to jump height.
A Caldari Sentinel with 4 myos will not jump nearly as high as a MinAssault with 1-2(Haven't tested) as their base speed is so different.

Tested it with EMblackwang last night same suit his had 4 mine had 5 and I'd jump about 10-20ft higher
No payment unless it's a Min Basic medium, also needs 2 kincats and jump while sprinting.
Cmon guys... I want to see this so badly i'll respec just to see it.

Hm. Sure, i could see that. However your HP would be horrifying(ly low), and you'd maybe only move as fast as a MinScout with 0 biotics on.
