You are not going to trade for a 'Quafe' vehicle without adding in substantial ISK. 'Quafe' fabulosity costs extra.

Yea like me! I can offer the Guristas Saga a LAV BPO that was given out as part of a promotion with new PS3's. I have not seen a whole lot of them in game, and they are easily identified by their golden color from standard Sagas lololol
And I think only North America was able to get it. So exclusive yea. Can you purchase for aurum. No. It's the rarest LAV BPO In the game. Next to the one the never release. Black cartel something... |

Not sure he is. Last I heard, he was mumbling about not wanting vehicle BPOs at all.
