What was the total Shield and Armor HP on them at the time? 1500 Shield and Amor was 2500 I believe. If not less...I have a whole forum post complaining about it. :P LOL
What you were experiencing was multiple armor repairers stacked together. They rep constantly and are extremely good at fighting infantry, but very weak against high burst damage like Large Missile Turrets.
