Seriously you give the Shield tanks 2 extra high slots which makes sense. Why would you give the armor tanks a useless extra high slot?
Also dispersal mods will never be used seriously because they are low slots. Should of been High slots. People will always use low slots for PG/CPU mods before a dispersal mod (NTM they cost too much PG/CPU for it's usefulness)

Ratatti has shown interest in reusing the current models, and just giving them Amarr/Minmatar stats.
Maybe a retexture, but I wouldn't have that much hope...

First off, not useless, not by far.
Secondly, for racial parity. CCP is already seriously looking at releasing Amarr and Minmatar HAVs under reskinned Gal and Cal, respectively, and this allows racial parity. True Am and Min HAVs will never happen unless all hell freezes over, but reskins have been proven easy to do.
Cal is 5/2
Min is 4/3
Gal is 3/4
Am is 2/5

I know for sure i would use Dispersion mods on my Gladius.
As for the slots, Amarr would end up either having 1/6 or 2/5, and since they don't have 6 slots on the UI... yeah easier to do.

In my opinion Hawkin has the right idea... We should NOT be seeing this slot change, UNTIL (if ever) the other racial variants are introduced... This being said, that extra high would be of much greater use as a Low as it could allow you to fit more as far as physical tank goes...

Uh. That makes no sense.
Why should the Gallente HAV be an Amarrian HAV just because there aren't Amarrian HAV yet?
The Gallente HAV is functioning well as a Gallente HAV.
